Positive Futures project in association with Charlton Athletics FC

Students with below 90% attendance work on improving health, fitness and motivation through playing and learning about football. In addition, the project provides workshops for children and parents on the theme of social responsability to promote citizenship.

Bridging project between old and young

Older people from the local church community and the History Society are invited in at key points of the citizenship calendar. Older people will be used as sources of oral history for students and interaction will happen during Focus days (see events on the student page).

Joint projects with Ethnic Minority Groups

Ethnic minority groups are working together with Saint George's School to promote citizenship and to celebrate heritage and culture. The first event is planned for 21st of October 2005 (see events page on the student page)

Community classes
